1. Accepting these terms

By installing or using Live Camera you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the app.

2. Your content is yours

Every photo, clip and export you create with Live Camera belongs to you. We claim no licence over it and no ownership of it. Because it never leaves your device, we could not use it even if we wanted to.

You are responsible for what you record, including obtaining consent where the law where you live requires it — particularly for audio, which the app records alongside the video unless you turn sound off.

3. Licence to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Live Camera on devices you control. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app, or remove its notices.

4. The free version and advertising

Live Camera is free to download and supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. Ads are the price of the free tier; we do not control which specific ads appear. What we collect and what AdMob processes is set out in our Privacy Policy.

5. Premium subscription

  • The optional premium subscription removes advertising and unlocks the premium filters and GIF export.
  • It is billed through your Google Play account at the price and interval shown in the app at the time of purchase, and renews automatically until cancelled.
  • Cancel at any time in Google Play → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end.
  • Where a free trial is offered, cancelling before it ends avoids any charge.
  • Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy, not by us.

6. Availability and changes

We may add, change or remove features, and may stop supporting older Android versions. We may also stop distributing the app entirely. Nothing here promises that any particular feature will exist forever.

7. No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, and we cannot guarantee that a capture will always succeed — cameras, storage and operating systems fail in ways an app cannot always prevent.

Back up anything you care about. Photos and clips live in your device's storage and are subject to the same risks as everything else on your phone.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lesa Mobile is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost photos, clips or data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

9. Third-party services

The app uses Google Play services, Google AdMob, Firebase and Google Play Billing. Their own terms apply to their parts of the experience.

10. Trademarks

Android, Google Play, Google Photos and Firebase are trademarks of Google LLC. Live Photo and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc. Live Camera is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple or Google, and refers to those names only to describe compatibility.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
